Concerts

For those of you who don’t know, I’m a huge concert fan. I’ll pretty much go anywhere within a day’s drive to see a good show. As such, I’m ecstatic about the tickets I just bought to No Doubt. It’s only the first of many concerts lined up for this summer…talk about a great summer vacation!! Less exciting, but exciting nonetheless, I’m taking my sister to Britney Spears in the near future. She’s not my first choice of singers to listen to, but a good show is worth it. And I hear she puts on a good show. I’m also looking forward to seeing my sister’s reaction – somehow that child has failed to ever attend a concert in her almost 22 years of life. It’s such a shame. Or maybe I’m just a concert whore? lol

    when i was 13 i asked mom to take me to a spice girls concert and she said yes then never got tickets, then when i started high school i was way into the whole high school experience to take time out to go to a concert, then when i was 15 a bunch of friends were going to a concert and i asked mom and she said no that i was not allowed to go to concerts (then after that i started rebelling, you know most of the story) then when i was 18 i won tickets to a snoop dogg concert and ended up not going because i was 18 and pregnant and that didnt sound like fun, and since then i have had a kid and have been working non stop … and i have no life
    but im super excited for the concerts too!

    OMG you’re going to see BRITNEY!!! I’m so jealous, seriously. She’ll be coming to SL on April 14th and seeing as my due date is the 11th–I figure I shouldn’t buy tickets. =) P.S. I met Gwen in Long Beach at a Weezer concert and got my pic taken with her.

    Anyways, hope you have fun at all your concerts (and on your fun travels!)
