While not a broken bone it might as well have been - I had a bone cyst (apparently both commonplace and inexplicable) removed from the knuckle of my middle finger. Doctor explained that left untreated, the cyst could wind up breaking the knuckle and make a real mess of things. So I had it removed! The pain before the surgery was bad, and after surgery was EXCRUCIATING - pre-therapy.

Main point being: I needed therapy to get any mobility back in the finger, and the therapy helped TREMENDOUSLY. Go for it, you won't regret it.

Funny stories! Totally gonna agree with Jess, you NEED to avoid "dangerous" activities when it gets close to the wedding. Sad thing is, considering your luck, I think "dangerous" for you might possibly mean you need to avoid EVERYTHING ;)

My dress should be here within a month! Yay!

Hmmm...I'm probably going against the grain on what most people would say but....
I understand your quarter life crisis. It's such a hard spot, on the one hand, getting ALL your schooling done now would be perfect because then you could be done and ready to start into your chosen profession 100% prepared. But you also have to think about things like, would you want to go through all the hard work only to postpone looking for a job so that you can have kids? In which case, you have to consider how long you'd work before having kids and IF you'd be able to tear yourself away from such an awesome adventure TO have kids. Then again...if you land a good job and can pad the savings it would certainly help out on the buying a house front. UGH. Life is such a pain sometimes ;)
I sometimes think about if I'll go back to school after our kids are in school themselves, in which case I'd be 40. Is that too late to go back to school???
Either way Caro, I think you know what you're doing and your decision will be the right one for you and your future family!
